NIKKOMULESE® 41

Self-emulsifying wax for stable, light and water-resistant emulsions

NIKKOMULESE® 41

is a self-emulsifying wax of vegetable origin (Nikkol - Japan), composed of a mixture of polyglycerin fatty esters, behenyl alcohol and sodium stearyl lactate.

It forms oil/gel matrix/water emulsions, creating a lamellar liquid crystal gel that guarantees greater stability for formulations over a wide temperature range.

Composition

INCI Name: Polyglyceryl-10 Pentastearate, Behenyl Alcohol, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate

When applied to the skin, the emulsion obtained with NIKKOMULESE® 41 forms a protective hydrophobic film, providing prolonged hydration, a booster SPF effect and greater resistance to water.

Its exclusive emulsification system generates three-phase emulsions with liquid crystals and a polymeric network, delivering an elegant texture and a dry, soft touch.
